And now for the game that didn't go through a release that utterly frustrated users by redesigning how the UI works without telling players. (Seriously, quite happy with HBS' work on BattleTech.)

Tonight we enter the "Double Dagger" of missions, where you're stuck with Kamea and her ride on a multi-objective drone nightmare, then stuck with another mission where you have zero choice over rides or pilots and are immediately thrust into having to deal with long odds to survive.

All for a tiny little scrap of Star League-era tech. Oh, and so some guy who's really pissed off at us can start his over-armored bit of revenge. And meanwhile, back on the ship, Pandora's out of her box and dancing wildly around...

And thus the saying "May you live in interesting times" comes to mind.
