Welcome to Battletech - a strategy game from Harebrained Schemes, based on the original Battletech tabletop. In Battletech, you command and manage a mercenary company and take part in a civil war. Battletech gameplay is turn-based and involves taking advantage of terrain, positioning, weapon selection, special abilities and more - to outplay your opponents. In this video (which is meant as a guide / tutorial), I talk about how to play Battletech - and explain a lot of the game's mechanics (and there are a lot!). I also play through the campaign intro / prologue mission (or rather two missions). This video is a part of a longer Let's Play series, where I will continue the campaign.
