Happened when the enemy LRM-boated me throughout the entire battle, and an autocannon round just blows away the side torso, taking out the arm with it. Now I'll have to deal with an extra 3 heat that can't be dissipated. The bright side is the gauss cannon is safe, otherwise I would've just save scummed. Could still do that to save the heatsink.
