In this video you can see the first part of the Full battletoads walkthrough no commentary, the reboot of battletoads developed in 2020 by Dlala Studios and Rare.
As we can see from the battletoads gameplay Walkthrough part 1, the game recovers in tones certain violent and rough atmospheres seen in the original Laird and Eastman strips: the protagonists Rash, Zitz and Pimple are the classic "badass" characters of the 90s, among metal spikes , sunglasses and unlikely plastic poses. The battletoads campaign can be tackled entirely in single player or with the help of 2 friends in offline coop mode, in this case the 3 players respectively control all 3 characters of the game.
As you can see from the battletoads gameplay walkthrough part 1 no commentary I have faced the solo story mode and it is therefore possible to use the dpad to switch between characters directly while playing. During the Rash gameplay, Pimple and Zitz have light, heavy and special attacks available, obviously different according to the direction of the move and the position of the character, whether in the air or on the ground. The three heroes in trouble can also use their language to move between the various layers of the arenas, built in 2.5 D graphics, or to collect the flies released by the defeated enemies and restore part of their energy.
