It took more than a month. A lot of tries. A lot of RNG backstabbing me. But it's done. I've beaten the game without rotating a single Puyo, AND without losing. The Skeleton-T or SEGA Draco challenge is complete, once and for all.

I should have figured it out sooner, but the key here is building tall chains, but not necessarily aiming for a 4 or 5 chain for a quick KO. Having decent skill building Tailing chains is also extremely important here, since GTR, Stair or Sandwich builds are almost impossible without rotations.
