First let me say I know this isn't news I only made this video of for anyone who needs help defeating him while doing a Professor Oak's Challenge run of the game or just in general.

A Professor Oak's Challenge run is a Pokemon Challenge I adapted to fit in Paper Mario 64. Before beating each major boss, you must do all tattles, recipes, and side quests, in addition to collection all badges, star pieces, and super blocks. Basically do everything in the game possible before completing the next chapter!

I know it isn't the most skill intensive way to play or do the fight, but with the way the challenge has to be played, you don't have access to badges like Power Plus or Flower Saver. I used what I had available and the main point behind the video is to prove that this is a way to defeat The Master's 2nd form before finishing Chapter 2.
