BEB0 Plays: Haunted Memories: The Return (demo)
1Haunted Memories: The Return is a (very) dark, psychological horror game with perhaps a good jump scare from time to time. HOWEVER, it seems to be quite early in development as changing the sensitivity on the mouse did nothing rending the view direction very difficult to control... We set it to NOOB level because it said the flashlight would be infinite but it was not. Without the flashlight you basically can't do (see) anything because you can't pick up any of the candles to help out. Doors you can open but drawers and cabinets you can not. In fact, the only things we found in 40 minutes of play time was one photo and one key... There may have been more but without the flashlight anything else would have been IMPOSSIBLE to see. This game has GREAT potential to be a really stellar game but as it is right now it has a ways to go yet. We'll give this game a 1 out of 5 blunts at this stage but we'd love to come back and give it another go when it's further along in development!
