Cartoon Network stuff from before 1999 is so rare because almost nobody had the channel on their cable package until around that time. It's a shame because 1997-1998 was the era where Cartoon Network put the most money, effort, and creativity into curating their enormous library of content with original animation, bumpers, and advertisements. And so much of that content is just lost.
