Automatic sheduled restarts are important for the health of your DayZ server - it clears the memory and helps to prevent crashes.
If you edit your messages.xml file in your missions DB folder, you can trigger a countdown which will lead to a restart using the Countdown & Shutdown commands.
I also show you how you can add a warning to this that appears in your players games at certain time intervals.
There are other types of messages you can create to, but remember not to "spam" your players with messages, otherwise they'll start to ignore them and miss the important ones.
