Best Buy doesn't stand behind their sale. They send you scratched up disc in the mail, stuff rolling around in broken cases, then when you take them back to the store, they do give you your money back. But they don't replace the items they damaged. So instead of having the items you could have bought at other stores you now have nothing and if you do want the items you have to buy them at full retail. It's a shame when companies don't stand behind their sales.
