The first thing you want to do is make sure all your settings badges and animations are correct for this method. First thing you need to do is to change your settings to 12 minute quarters and pro difficulty. Then you are going to want to change your layup package to floater specialist or default smalls if you dont have high enough layup to equip floater specialist. The layup package is one of the most important parts of this method so make sure you have it right. Then you want to change you badges so that you get tier dropper as high as possible then once you have it maxed out, upgrade pro touch until you max it out and then upgrade consistant finisher. Last but not least buying layup / dunk boost is also going to help you out a lot so i would recommend buying that.
First method is going to allow you to iso so you can shoot a floater. First of when you are running up the court use your D pad and go to your left button or click LB on xbox/ R1 on Ps4 to call plays and then call for quick isolation. You then want to stand at the top of the three point line and do a dribble move, spamming crossovers or momentum crossovers work best (quick first step Hall of fame also helps a lot) Then blow by your defender and shoot the floater. if the center or some one plays help pass the ball off to prevent it happening in the future. This is because the better percentage you shoot from floaters the more points you are going to get towards your finishing badges.
The second method is shooting the floater on the fast break. To do this you need to create fast break opportunities by getting steals or cherry picking. I then like to curve towards the base line as i find i shoot a higher percentage while doing that but if the lane is there just take the floater.
The final method is calling for a screen. I recommend doing this when the first method isn't working as well. you want to run up the court and call a quick isolation, then hold RB/ R1 to call for a pick and roll. most off the time you dont want to use the screen and run strait into the paint, this is going to create better spacing than a iso as well as if you have a high number of points and you become the focus of the defence you can throw the alley oop to the roller to get more assists and get your playmaking badges as well.
The final tip is whenever you are being double teamed always find the open team mate. This is going to prevent double teams in the future as well as allowing you to get assists for playmaking badges. There is no point of trying to force the floater over a double team most of the time you will miss resulting in a lower feid goal percentage reducing the amount of badge progress you get.
