To elaborate on the Freestyle thing: from testing it, I don't see how it could give you an unfair advantage over, say, a good monitor or other third party saturation / contrast programs. There's a Depth of Field option which sounds like it could be abused in some way. Despite that, it doesn't seem to do anything in CS:GO. Might require further investigation at some point.
