The game is PowerbeatsVR, The song is Demons by Niviro. Played on Oculus Quest 2 connected to my PC using Virtual Desktop and Steam. This is a shorter song compared to Bridge of Death which was 9 minutes long. Sorry for the crazy camera movement but a good workout you need to move around alot. One day when I will learn the ways of Mixed Reality if I can gain the patience. I do wanna make more workout tips videos and Mixed Reality would probably be the best way to do it.
