Better Night Driver Gameplay (and Atari Vault settings for video capture)
So, I made a Night Driver let's play that was mostly about open-world gaming. However, for many reasons, several of which are YouTube's video encoding, there was a lot of flicker--and, seemingly at random, there is so much flicker that you can't tell what is going on. I changed two game settings and now it looks much better. Oh, if you can't tell, I'm not very good at the game.
Under Games, I changed flicker from authentic to filtered.
Under Display, I changed scanlines from on to off.
I don't know if both of these were required or just one, but it seemed like too much bother to run multiple tests when I have a solution that works.
Once again, I lowered the sound effects volume. You're welcome.
