Are you a small channel on YouTube?

Do you want subscribers and views?

For the love of god, your precious time and money, do not trust or rely on Sub and View Bot sites like SMZeus.

Why?

There’s a possibility that such a thing could get you in hot water with YouTube and those who may develop a sense of jealousy from the sudden spike in subscribers and views overnight.

So what’s my personal story with this whole thing? Recently on one of my “Let’s Play American McGee’s Alice” videos, there was a comment made by a commenter named Caiden, who asked me to check out this website called “SMZeus.com” which is a website which allows people with not as much subscribers or views (like myself) to gain more. I had a feeling that it was probably a spam comment considering that the comment in question was not really available on YouTube, but rather on YouTube Studio and was being held for review due to potential spam.

After replying to the comment (though I probably shouldn’t have), I tried finding the channel of this commenter based on their profile picture. That’s where the second red flag came in! I looked up the name “Caiden” and I noticed that there were quite a lot of “Caidens”, but not the one with the profile picture that commented on my video.

So I did a little further digging into this whole site (SMZeus.com) by searching for reviews and videos on the subject and I noticed that a lot of people talking about it on Reddit and YouTube are urging people not to use it.

If anyone comes across this video, I urge you to stay away from “SMZeus.com”. If you receive a comment from someone telling you to use it, delete it, report it as spam, or block the user. Or all of the above if you want to...

If you want your channel to grow, find an organic audience (“Organic” as in real people) and give them a reason to subscribe to your channel (I.e. Experimenting with different video genres that they may like) rather than relying on bots for views or subs. Yes, I understand that people want their channel to grow faster so they could become the next PewDiePie or something like that, but gaining the amount of subscribers and views that they have takes time.

To summarize:

* Avoid sites like SMZeus
* Experiment with video genres
* Don’t try to cheat the system

That is all.
