Well ain't this a wonderful surprise?

Here's me thinking that the large scale strategy genre had faded away following Planetary Annihilation! How wonderful to be wrong as in 2010 a group of individuals started work on what would eventually become Beyond All Reason, a game born from a dear love of Total Annihilation, and games that succeeded it such as Supreme Commander.

Those that have known me for some time will be very aware that I am also one of those people that holds a dear love for this specific sub-genre of RTS games and I could not be happier with what I've seen from BAR. Myself and others that enjoyed Supreme Commander in our friend group will absolutely be playing more of this going forwards!

(Also special thanks to one of the lead developers dropping by to check out the stream!!)
