12:53 You are only supposed to flip the cards you played... the card that was originally in the stack should remain face-up for everyone to see
13:35 When you abandon the card, it doesn’t get discarded.
Instead, the card is turned face down, and added to the Impossible. So the cost of abandoning a lead, is that you make hitting the Impossible even harder, as you have fewer cards allowed. So the value of the lead you abandon has no bearing on the number of the investigation track, but it does have a bearing on the number of cards you are allowed in the impossible, before you get penalized even harder.
