Flight Simulators and Air Combat games were important in the early growth of computer gaming. Surprisingly some early efforts would jump over the fence and be converted to console gaming hardware, as is the case with F-16 Fighter (aka F-16 Fighting Falcon), a Sega published adaptation of NEXA Corporation's 1984 MSX proto-simulation.
