Probably the best WWII simulation ever created... if not one of the best tactical shooters along with Ghost Recon Original, Classic Rainbow Six, and SWAT 3.

Brothers in Arms is quite simply in my opinion the best WWII game ever created!!!!

While some titles may have better graphics and huge movie budgets, BIA remains true at its core. An accurate historical representation of the landscape and battles of the time.

BIA is one of the best tactical shooters ever made! In-cooperating squad control and simultaneous first person game-play. It is more like a simulation. Beyond this, it honors true heroes by recreating their story of the Airborne units inserted deep behind enemy lines at the dawn of DDAY. This is their story, and thank you Gearbox for making it!!!

Enemy's are able to flank, advance and retreat based on thier tactical situation in response to your movements. BIA would not be as enjoyable and realistic without this essential mod!

Real-Time AI Awareness

"With the Dangerous AI mutator, every unit that is not manning a gun will constantly react to your movements.

The Germans will seek out better firing positions as you move out of range or out of sight. They will realize when you are maneuvering towards their flanks, and try to avoid being flanked by keeping you in front of their fire from behind cover.

They will also try to keep you pinned down while they maneuver towards your own flanks. When you are outnumbered and out of position, the enemy will launch a full charging assault with grenades and melee attacks. On the other hand, when the going gets really rough for them, German units will sometimes retreat to safer positions.

Use the Dangerous AI mutator in combination with the German Smoke mutator, and they will use smoke grenades to cover their retreat or allow them to shift fire to your flanking units."
