Bicep Curls, Week 6: 20 repetitions of 22.5 pound Dumbbell Curls(poor posture but acceptable)

The technique seemed ok, what bothers me is my spines posture seems to move too much during the curl.

In this video I have increased my confidence that each bicep goes up in strength by about 5 pounds each month, or 10 pounds on a barbell increased each month.
