Krylar essentially is just a mad scientist villain but it seems with also Agents of Shield's version of the character being different, I feel like the new MCU canon Bill Murray one will be slightly different too although it seems he'll still have that government connection he has in the comics and will probably be responsible for the acts of village destruction in the Quantum Realm if we see that in the movie, considering in the story he's in, with Hulk and shit, he basically is a part of the fuck up with Hulk's Microverse lover's village and with what, Hulk brings justice and fights against Krylar and the Empire that he works for, although Krylar died in that same issue in which was also his first appearance
