How to perform:
select any non isaac window, and the game will automatically pause.
Pressing 'a' on the Xbox controller while the game is paused in such a fashion will attempt to unpause the game, but will invoke a loop of the game re-pausing. If a direction is held during these loops, Isaac will be able to move a short distance over any surface he'd normally be able to move over, only without hit detection being applied. Thus, he willl not interact with Items, enemies, pickups, warps, etc]
With patience and swift tapping, this exploit can also be used to induce invulnerability with gnawed leaf. ((*Cough I totally didn't kill hush at all using this method*))
