Here is a look at how to defeat the last boss in the 2009 release of Bionic Commando. On the Hardest difficulty, you do not have much time to think or wait. As soon as you land on a Vulture, you start taking damage. Take too long, and you are done. The best way to get through it is after your zip to the back of each, start mashing B. To ensure your success, I would write down each of the directions you need to hold in a list form beforehand. That way you can mash B and already be holding the correct LS position.

Yes, I have the three unlockables active for this (Prototype Tungsten, Purple Matrix, and the Rad Spencer 80s outfit - which I prefer especially after playing the first one (original and Re-Armed). Im used to the character looking that way...

By beating this on Commando Difficulty, I unlocked the mid level difficulty achievement at the same time. Also, I give you a look at the 1000/1000 gamerscore and the 4 hardest achievements (arguable ever) at the end...

Help Section- What I did is what I always do: One play through on easy to become familiar with the game. A second time on easy to complete all the challenges (some with achievements, others not, but 1 big one for doing them all) and getting ALL the collectables (which is a part of all challenges achievement). Last one time on the hardest difficulty (requires a LARGE amount of patience and a ton of restarts and forethought). If you are going to try this, I would suggest that way of going about it. Please do ask for help if you have given it the college try! Some things I will NOT help with are the collectable challenges and unlockables. There are guides out there for that and the codes are from Bionic Command Rearmed and I believe have been posted by others under that title There are a few NASTY challenges in the list that took me forever to figure out. I will try to answer your question via a text response. If I get a lot of the same question, Ill make a video. It's time consuming and I do not get paid for doing this so Im sorry if your answer is not a next business day thing! (See Next Section)

Shameless Self Promotion Time- I really put my blood sweat and tears into the 1000/1000 this game offers. This and The Orange Boxs 1000/1000 felt almost like a lifetime achievements in getting them all done. If you find this impressive, please tell a friend. If you have done it as well, let me know! I checked the leaderboard in the Xbox 330 version of the game and the top 100 players do not have 1000/1000 gamerscores... I would LOVE to be a game tester. My hope in posting all this game footage that someone will someday (soon) take notice. Please do Favorite and Share with friends so that has a Chance of happening. Thanks!!!

Editorial Time - Two things I really didnt like about this game (if you havent seen the ending by watching this then stop reading spoiler alert) First was the taking of Super Joe from hero to villain. I freakin loved the NES Commando and then the Capcom Crossover to intertwine the plots of Commando and Bionic Commando together. Then they made him the big bad guy Sad Face! That brings me to a hope You know how Joe called The Sniper a remnant from a past life? Well heres hoping that some how the pull an evil twin or clone move in the next one to make him the real Super Joe and make Uber fans like me happy again! Probably though, hes the new big bad guy who entered the vault and input the new instructions at the end The other problem is the low overall rating this game got by the populous. Its hard. It has a learning curve that is steep. Get over them both and the game is sublime! Yes it hitches in spots and the radiation barriers were a mistake (especially on Commando Difficulty, sometimes a simple wrong turn killed you in under a second) I'm just tired of the overall dismissal this game got. I wonder if it's the noob effect or just an overall feeling, but games are getting easier and easier these days Game long tutorials (meaning big signs that tell you what to do still active on final bosses) and an overabundance of adding features on later to facilitate a quick release of an unfinished game (and to line developers pockets by requiring a purchase to add to a game) are more and more frequent these days. I know Im a dying breed. I own over 500 NES titles and have bravely finished more than 65%... No codes, no internet at the time, just perseverance. Bionic Commando 2009 gave us that difficulty again and it was shunned a bit for it. I know Im on my soap box here and many of you have stopped reading by now, but I wanted to say it and hope that we are treated to a sequel to this great game!
