BIONICLE: Naming Day Origin (Parody Video)

In 2001, LEGO was forced by Maori people to strip BIONICLE out of some names, which were making this specific series so special and unique, due to "cultural appropriation". To not break the canon by sudden changes in names of important characters, LEGO created a Naming Day- special day in BIONICLE universe, when chosen Matoran (and Rahi) can receive a new name, as a reward for helping others. This small parody is a callback to the mentioned, infamous drama, that took place over two decades ago.
I don't think I need to explain such obvious things, but we live in strange times where even the smallest joke can be considered "offensive", so if anyone needs special reassurance, this video is not intended to offend Maori minorities, mock their culture, or make fun of their fight for their rights in parliament. It's a meme. Nothing more.
