This is an outrage, I'm going to write a letter to my underwater congressmen about this. This underwater utopia has changed from the utopia I remember; back in my day nothing was on fire and all of the water was kept outside the buildings. Maybe if this objectivist metropolis had some taxes there would be funds to spend on problems like these. And when did all these goddamn splicers move in, lowering our property values?! I don't care if it's racist; my granddaughter won't be marrying any gene-snipping, needle jockey splicers!
