I got it through Bartering!

My goodness. To see it here is quite the surprise. I'm so delighted.
It's a momento my Grandfather left for my Father!
My Father was once hailed as a legend in imperial trade.
When I was young my Father used to tell me stories.
He learned a great deal from my grandfather when he was young. This watch's journey around the World is due in part to that teaching.
Me:
what kind of teaching was it?
Cleia:
There was a time when my Father was involved in a significant trade, but he was at a disadvantage with little to boast about.
Fortunately, the other party admired my Grandfather. My Father handed this watch over to them right away.
Me:
Must've taken quite the resolve.
Cleia:
Right? at the time, I didn't quite understand it. Even though the trade was successful, and he became the man he is today.
When I asked if he was truly okay with it, he said, "You should always be willing to do so, especially if deemed necessary."
Remarkable wasn't he? He's incredibly earnest about trading.
Me:
But I imagine it must've been bittersweet…
Cleia:
I'm sure it was. he'll be thrilled to see it again.
Purplestar, would you like to make a deal with me?
Me:
Just take it. It's returning to it's rightful place.

Yet I'm not sure if he'll take this. After all, I haven't earned my father's approval just yet.
If I were to honestly say it was a gesture of goodwill, he'd probably tell me to take it back entirely.
My Father is a strict man. If it's not about trade, he won't acknowledge it.
He might even be disappointed. That's why I need successful trade experiences, too.

Isn't it limiting within Heidel?
Cleia:
I think so too. My Father was in charge of imperial trade after all.
I need a bigger stage as well. Like Calpheon for example.
If I accumulate many successful trade experiences and grow, he'll just have to acknowledghe me, won't he?
Me: Why not aim for something even bigger?
Cleia:
Bigger you say? Do I need to go as far as Valencia?
Or should I establish my very own brand new trade Guild?
Me:
Expand your horizons to the sea.
Cleia:
The sea, of course! The sea is where I should make my mark!
A limited and harsh place, wherte everyone is in dire need. Sometimes lawless, sometimes a Battlefield.
By gaining successful trade experiences on the vast sea, I can grow beyond comparison, especially to how I am now! My Father will have no choiuce but to acknowledge me!
But … How do I venture out to sea? Should I secure a ship first?
Perhaps that's the first step in proving my worth. But no problem, i'm confident!
Me:
Even if with a ship, the sea is no easy feat.
Cleia:
It's vertainly quite dangerous for me alone. Then it would be wise to find a ship to board.
Once I'm ready to depart, I'll head to Velia first.
Me:
As it happens, i'm in need of a first mate…
Cleia:
First mate! How splendid! That Position would be perfect for showcasing my skills!
I won't let you down. I've learned a great deal from my Father, after all.
Given the size of my Family, I've learned how to handle all sorts of People as well.
