Black Mesa is one of the best FPS games ever made, despite the performance problems it can have and the slow last chapter.

I'm using a shitload of mods (some of them slightly alter gameplay, but not in a significant way in my opinion, and if they do it's actually making the game harder most of the time haha), and some console tweaks to help with performance and the god awful earthquake screen shaking.
