The January 26th patch was a large on in the fact that almost everything got changed. However, it was relatively minor in that the buffs were not too big and the nerfs were not very big either. The goal seemed to be to encourage players to use some of the less popular Assault Rifles such as the Swat-556 and ScarH. Also, Treyarch fixed ADS Delay. Thanks yourselves for that one ;)
