This graphics card seems to be dead - there is no VGA output. The weird thing about this card is that the motherboard does not complain about a faulty graphics card. It just starts normally and most likely will boot whatever operating system is installed.
In this video, I flash the BIOS of this ELSA Synergy II which seems to be suffering from bit rot!
Over time, BIOS chips may lose information (bit flips) and make the code stored useless.
Luckily, in this case, I was able to bring this graphics card back to life!
