After a lot of practice, I was finally able to get this run! To get to Unlimited Ragna, you can't lose a single round, and you need to get at least 10 Distortion Finishes before the end of the 10th fight. As for Unlimited Ragna himself, the strat with Nu is to just keep him away at all times. When he has 50 points of meter or more, start spamming standing C, which will interrupt Carnage Scissors (that he will always try to do).
