Build from Tier 1 to Tier 4(not all legacy rarity tactics acquired in this run, just a list of what to go for after getting all the double tactics in the build):
1) Attack Rend-Rend Boost-Fatal Rend
2) Skill Poison Ring-Poison Contamination-Acute Poison-Consecutive Blade Rings
3) Dash Dagger-Long Traveling Daggers-Multi Daggers-Bloodthirsty Dagger
4) Legacy Storm-Seeking Bladestorm-Accelerating Bladestorm-Bloodthirsty Bladestorm
5) Summon Blade Ring-Large Blade Ring-Double Blade Rings-Summon Whirling Blade
Note:
1) Attack to apply Rend status on enemies.
2) Use Skill to activate Poison Ring.
3) Hack n' slash away while Poison Ring is active to continually spawn Whirling Blades non-stop with occassional dashes to spam Bloodthirsty Daggers.
4) Use Legacies to Summon Homing Bladestorms while hacking and slashing.
5) Combos well w/ characters like Ragna in particular that have several ways to doorbust/wall splat/juggle/knock away enemies to maximize Rend damage output.
