so unfortunately, I was right when I guessed that the events of this game were a cycle, after beating the heir, you're sealed in the echo world in their place, not fun
I also became aware of a second ending, which I think I can get by finding all the manual pages, only one left, and I have to assume it's behind the mountain door.
