- So apparently this is the source of all the problem when you first enter the "Nightmare of Mensis". Stupid like from the castle causing frenzy and spear-attacks is from this giant "Mother Brain".
You can flip this switch to drop the brain down all the way into the abysal void in the basement.
Being helpless, you can pretty much beat it up as revenge for all the trouble you've been through!
Now the question is if you don't drop her from the original spot, can you actually fight her? If so, it would be tough due to that frenzy light crap.
