By this point, any arcane character with 99 arcane is fully equipped to deal with anything in the game and likely even before this. Remember that you can experiment with different weapons, though pure arcane works best with non-split damage weapons, so I would recommend pure physical weapons only.

Ideally, for both fire and bolt weapons, you would want the Lost versions that would have radial, triangle then waning slots. Then you could get the following as optimal gems. I didn't farm for these optimal gems, because it takes a very long time, and what I had was really good enough to be effective as you could clearly see - however if you would want to do so, go right ahead.

Radial: +65 Arcane Scaling gem from third layer boss of kkvk8gsj.

Triangle: +65 Arcane Scaling gem with second modifier +15 Fire or Bolt damage depending on weapon from third layer boss of jemmjmpi.

Waning: For fire, the 24.8% and +15 fire gem from third layer boss of 758v8txa. For bolt, the 22.5% and +33.8 bolt gem from third layer boss of 6q77zr9h.

And for the Uncanny Kos Parasite I start using her, the most general gems to help all attacks would be:

Radial x2: 23.1% and +14 arcane gems from the Bone Ash Hunter ast the start of cb7jig9p.

Triangle: 24.8% and +15 arcane gem from third layer boss of e2ts7vub.
