In this video I continue my walkthrough of Bloodborne. In this video I show you how to find One Third of Umbilical Cord after beating Rom, the Vacuous Spider. Using three of this item before killing the final boss gives you a secret ending with an additional boss.

There are four possible locations for this item. The others are found: After killing Mergo's Wet Nurse, in the Abandoned Old Workshop and in the Tomb of Oedon/ Iosefka Clinic if you brought Arianna there (after killing the baby).

This strategy does not use any glitches, cheesing, hacks etc.
