We manage to reach the climax of the EX episode a bit quicker and we face off against Mephisto, whom is essentially the statue for the loading screen, and save rooms in Ritual of the Night. Actually fighting him is a bit of a shocking twist in that respect. But we save Dominique and get a slightly more elaborate cutscene compared to the semi dower one if we save her straight away. But then come next episode is when the game's other inspiration kicks into play.
