In this Ark video I will show you how to tame a Bloodstalker. I feel like Bloodstalkers are a difficult tame the only reason, to gain 100% taming effectiveness is to sacrifice a tamed dino to it. this can also be hard as Bloodstalker live in the top of trees in the bog biome. However, if you are ok with it, you can tame a Bloodstalker by simply feeding it blood packs. Just keep in mind you will need a lot, and blood packs drain 25 health so you might be waiting a while, best way, the tek sleeping pod and time. good luck!
