It's time for a difficult discussion - the treatment of women in the board gaming community. It is a frustrating thing for me to witness and I do what I can to stop it. Gaming is too often still viewed as a sort of boys club, and that's a toxic way of thinking. NO ONE should ever feel unwelcome in the gaming community, regardless of... well... anything!
