125Hello fellow Industrialists! Today I play as BOLIVIA and show you why they have the BEST START in Victoria 3.
Within the first month of the game, Bolivia gets an event to unify with Peru (aka puppet Peru) for FREE! Well, not entirely. In return it gives you 50 infamy and does damage relations with 6 nations. BUT, this gives Bolivia a massive edge over the other nations in the region and puts them closer in strength to BRAZIL! Peru can also be integrated for FREE within 10 years too!
Once you integrate Peru, Bolivia immediately gets access to a massive plethora of different resources including gold, iron, rubber, etc. putting them on par ECONOMICALLY with BRAZIL!
Will we be able to take advantage of this easy start as BOLIVIA and become a great power? or will we fall short and be left behind as the rest of the world advances?
