BongoBoogie is a pretty standard Breakout variant, but instead of an ordinary pad, the player here controls a monkey sitting on a rope with a wooden board over his head. The bricks here are wooden crates that are filled with bananas and other monkey snacks. Like in any other Breakout, the player uses either the mouse or a gamepad to move the monkey left or right while trying to keep a ball in the air as long as possible. Each of the game's 200 levels is completed by breaking all the crates. By breaking the crates and catching the goodies that fall out of them the player is awarded points. Some crates can also contain special objects that has either a positive or negative effect. This include changing the speed of the ball or the size of the pad, giving a gun to the monkey and affecting gravity. The game also feature a high score chart.

The OPTIONS button will take you to the option screen where you can adjust volumes and reset the scores.

The QUIT button will quit the game.

ou can set the music and sound effects volumes by clicking on the left and right arrows.
( Left will turn the volume down, right will turn it up )

Clicking on RESET SCORES will reset the saved scores and restore the maximum accessible level to 1.

The BACK button will take you back to the intro screen.

Guide the monkey through all the levels of BongoBoogie !
To continue his trip, you have to manouver the monkey and catch the balls that are falling,

in order to break all the boxes and packages that are on his way ! but... you never know what's in these boxes...

Controls :

Move the Monkey with the mouse, pushing left will move the monkey to the left, pushing it right will move it to the right.

Catch the bonuses ( not always...? ) that are falling out of the boxes in order to improve the monkey equipment.

You also press the mouse button to shoot at the bricks ( if you have the right bat in hand... )

Press the ESC key to quit the game.

Press 'P' to pause the game, pressing 'P' again will resume the game
