🏢 Power Government | Osasco Mayor Gerson Pessoa (Podemos) exchanged pleasantries with President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (Workers' Party), despite being a supporter of former President Jair Bolsonaro (Political Party). Before speaking, Pessoa was booed by those present at the opening of the Periferia Viva Program announcement this Friday (July 25, 2025).

Lula—who normally remains seated during speeches by other officials—stood next to the mayor during his speech. He also gestured to stop the booing. After Pessoa's speech, the two embraced.
