This is on my "best machine" list for sure, along with my Toilet level...
Ok, so this is how it works:

1) When you pull the black switch to "on" it pushes one chemical block (from a spawner) onto a conveyor belt. When you move it to "off" it pushes a different chemical block onto a conveyor belt.
2) The Jingle blox loop is designed so that a 2x2x2 Vanish block will block the path and stop the Jingle blox, but the 1x1x1 Jingle cylinders can pass through freely otherwise.
3) When you switch it to "on", you are shooting a firework to break the clog (Vanish block) so the Jingle blox can move through the loop. The Vanish spawner will not spawn another block, because it is blocked by the moving Jingle blox. They can be seen moving slowly, but behind the wall they are moving at lightning speed back towards the right, so they can fill in the front area as much as possible to prevent the Vanish block from spawning. I would have liked then to move faster past the front area, but then they are harder to stop (step 4).
4) When you switch it to "off", you make an explosion happen, which pushes the Jingle blox backwards, causing a gap, and letting the Vanish block spawn. The 2x2x2 Vanish block hits the 2x2 opening at an angle and can't get through.
