I wanted to play Fallout 4 Survival difficulty, so I recorded it for you guys. Survival adds in things like Thirst, Hunger, Diseases from food, Fatigue from not sleeping, oh and you can only save at a Bed! Plus everything hurts. A lot.

(I can't play Fallout 76 because my house doesn't have internet available.)
