Unfortunately my safe file has been corrupted and i cant finish this off I am so gutted :(

This build started of as a quick houseboat in the Pirate style and then took on a whole new direction as I went crazy and decided to build a multi-functional LOT that can be used as residential/park/bar/retail etc. Your Sims wont get bored on this lot as there is plenty to do!
Once finished it will be available on the Sims 4 Gallery to download but as its a very big build may take a little while to complete.
