You start by save and exiting in the natural creature annex (Requires creature slaughter dome) and then make your way to the room with the boxes...(killing all enemies make process of killing the midgets easier..) you must have the side mission Doctors orders active and don't take the echo from the boxes either, and once you have completed your run head back to the annex and repeat! Also side note you can use this to farm Pimon and Tumba as well as Son of the Mothrakk which all have a chance to drop legendaries.
