Borderlands 2 The Real Review
0This is the real information about Borderlands 2 and basically its not the awe inspiring awesome game everyone claims it to be yet it does still have some good parts.
Review Rating= C-
Pros- Interesting story, some interesting characters, some funny parts. The bad guy makes you want to play through the game so you can shoot him in the face.
Cons- The menu system is horrible even worse then Borderlands 1, graphics not much better then borderlands 1, loot system is borning and has many probelms, spend half your time trying to figure out what gun to use. Multiplayer menu is horrible and loot must be shared and fought over.
Overall verdict -- Very much exactly like borderlands 1 which is good but for a full 60 you should expect much more and they didn't bother to deliver. Their excuse for the multiplayer loot which you must share is a "cop-out" so don't buy their excuse. They didn't bother to write code for each player multiplayer loot (which is now standard in loot driven games) and their trying to pawn off their lazyness as an excuse. The menu system is the worse I have seen in along, long, long time. That person should be fired right now. Basically for a new game they didn't add much of anything and they didn't bring anything new to the borderlands franchise, for a full priced game they gave you what amounts to a borderlands add-on.
Don't be foolded by the other reviews and great scores this game has gotten because they want 2by2 and gearbox business (and future business), including ads that is millions of dollars they would lose if they give you the truth about this game. So trust noone but "The Real Review" by IDJESTER.
