Crit Info - It's another tip gun. The flavor text "Slippery When Wett" basically means there is a 12% chance to drop the Crit when reloading. And if it's the same as the Borderlands 2 Crit, it should heal for 2.5% upon dealing damage. It is strictly a Maliwan weapon and only comes in the Electricity Element.
How to obtain - You cant get it until you have unlocked Sanctuary and met Miss Moxxi. Once you have, just tip her in $1000s roughly 30 times for $30,000 and she will gift you the gun. It will pop up on the left side of the screen and you have to pause, access the social menu and tab all the way right to redeem it.
