It took about a week of tweaking, but I pretty happy with the result. Use a Mind Sweeper and Facepuncher with 300/90 anoint for mobbing and bosses with no immunity phases (Traunt, Graveward, etc.). For bosses with immunity phases, switch over to a Rocketeer and Facepuncher with consecutive hits anoint.

I'm becoming a big fan of the Stinger shield that drops from the Guardian Takedown -- not only does it boost melee damage, it has a melee nova that totally annihilates everything around you when it goes off. If you're feeling too exposed, switch over to a Brawler Ward.

I've also included two kinda gimmicky guns in the game save. The first is an Unforgiven with 300/90 anoint. If you melee an enemy's crit spot with this and it plants a sticky, it will have a chance to pop off a micronade that hits for millions of damage. The second is a 120% melee Hydrafrost -- swap out the White Elephant for an Unleash the Dragon artifact and watch what happens when you melee low level mobs.
