You can get the Who You Gonna Call trophy solo on the PS4 and you only need 1 remote.

When you get to the zone, press the PS button to bring up the menu. Go to switch user and load up a guest account. Repeat until you get all 4 players, then load back up your original character.

Play through both missions, after getting to pickle, you will get the trophy.
