Some time ago I wondered if Ultimate Guard's Bordifies inner sleeves would work well for making the white-bordered Magic cards look like they had black borders. Since I couldn't find much info about it, I've decided to buy a pack of Bordifies and bordify some Magic: The Gathering cards of the olden days.

The Fifth Edition of M:TG had some magnificent alternative art distinctive to the set and I really like those Fallen Empire land cycle reprints. I've decided to test on them how well the sleeves work for covering white borders.

These are not regular sleeves, they are inner sleeves. What it means is, you use them for double sleeving. For example, your EDH Commander deck has a single white-bordered card. You don't need to put the bordifies on each and every card of the 100 card deck. Use any kind of regular sleeves, and the Bordifies for whichever cards you feel like would benefit from them. Especially when there's a card in your collection that's scuffed up around the borders.
